is a 16th century Manor House set in a quiet rural village in North Lincolnshire. It is one of the only three UK restaurants meeting the Good Food Guide’s criteria of being ‘highly individual and displaying impressive artistry’.

In 2003, it was voted the Restaurateur’s Restaurant of the Year. It has two Egon Ronay stars and was voted Northern Restaurant and Bar Best Restaurant 2007. The Guardian and The Observer have both characterised it as ‘The Best Restaurant in Britain’.

It is also one of the most individual and secret places you could wish to stumble across, with an ambience and cuisine to rival Europe’s finest.
