At Winteringham Fields our policy is to support local suppliers whenever possible, fish comes in daily from Grimsby. Meat, poultry and game are from local farms and producers. Vegetables in season are grown in Lincolnshire/Yorkshire or in our own gardens. Shellfish is sent down to us from Scotland and oysters from Ireland.
Just a reminder: smoking is not permitted indoors and our dining rooms are mobile free areas: guests wishing to use their telephone are respectfully requested to use any of the lounges which are always at their disposal. Thank you for your understanding.
