Presented to you at the table by our Fromager, the cheese trolley

offers a daily, extensive selection of around forty cheeses all in peak condition.

Benoit will give you a description of the taste, texture of each cheese
along with the region of origin.

To enjoy your cheese to the full, we also offer a selection of red wines, and ports.
All cheese is accompanied with dried fruit, celery, biscuits, and warm malted fruit loaf.

Just a reminder: smoking is not permited indoors and our dining rooms are

totally mobile phone free areas; those guests wishing to use their telephone

are respectfully requested to use any of the lounges which are always at their disposal.
