In practice, we can provide practically any dish you desire, including special dietary needs, i.e. gluten-free breads etc. We are always extremely adaptable, and if you have a favourite dish in mind, then tell us about it beforehand and we will make it for you.

We offer an extensive selection of cheeses from around the world. At any one time, this may include around 35 different cheeses. Our Fromargier can describe the taste of each cheese, reveal amusing anecdotes about some and explain the cheeses’ region of origin. He has also personally visited many of the farms where local cheeses are produced and chosen.
