Kevin is the longest serving member of the team, he started aged just 16 working with Mr Schwab as a Commis Chef. Back in 1993 the kitchen brigade consisted of 4 chefs and the front of house only had 5 full-time staff.

After a year he moved to front of house and stayed until 1998. Kevin then decided to broaden his experience and worked on the front desk of the Goring Hotel in London where he stayed until 2004. As Kevin joined Winteringham Fields for the second time, his interest turned to wine, and with the help of Otto Hinderer, Master Sommelier and founder of cellar 28, he became Head Sommelier.
